Wine description
From a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, this Altalanga DOCG Metodo Classico Pas Dosé is born, part of the Elém project by Eleonora Martini. The grapes harvested by hand are softly pressed and the must obtained ferments in steel: subsequently, refermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Classic method with permanence on the lees for at least 36 months.
Characteristics of this Classic Method
The organoleptic test shows a straw yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage. The olfactory bouquet is floral, with notes of lime, citrus and honey: on the palate the taste is deep, with good minerality.
Suggested food pairings while tasting this Metodo Classico sparkling wine
Serve at a temperature of 6-8 ° C. Particularly suitable for an aperitif or with fish or white meat dishes.
