Wine description

From the vinification of grapes from the valuable grape variety reared within the farm according to the organic farming method. The Trebbiano grapes for this label are also 100%. The vineyards come from the Abruzzo's DOP area, in the province of Chieti. The harvest falls in mid-September. The vinification involves the destemming of the grapes, cold maceration of the pressed, soft pressing, cold decanting of the must and fermentation at a controlled temperature. Finally, the aging that develops in stainless steel tanks.
