Wine description
Trebbiano d’Abruzzo "Ducaminimo" DOC, by Cascina del Colle winery, is a white wine. Vintage starts at the end of September and fermentation takes place in stainless steel vessels at a controlled temperature of 17°C. After bottling, wine is refined for 4 months.
Characteristics of Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC
It present a straw yellow colour. Floral and fruity bouquet, with apple and pear fragrances. Fresh on the mouth with fruity taste: thanks to these characteristics it’s very easy to drink.
Recommended pairings whila tastinh this wine
It’s perfect to be tasted with all fish dishes. It should be served in a stem glass at a temperature of 10-12°C.
