This rosé wine from the Tuscan Banfi Winery is a perfect blend of vivacity and softness, extremely versatile for a variety of culinary pairings. It is made from a blend of Merlot and Sangiovese grapes which, following harvest and destemming, are macerated and then fermented at a controlled temperature of 13-16°C in steel. This is followed by final ageing in steel on the lees for about 2 months.
Characteristics of this wine from Tuscany
It presents a pale pink colour with slight violet hues. The olfactory profile is distinctly fruity, notes of fresh fruit mingle with heady floral hints. On the palate it is fresh, balanced and with a long, pleasantly savoury finish.
