The Tuscany winery Banfi represents the region worldwide. The cultivation soil is Castellina for 40 hectares in the core of the Chianti Classico. It is made with the majority of Sangiovese grapes. There is the fermentation with maceration on the peels for 7 days. It ages for 12-14 months in French oak barrels and then 4 months in bottle.
