Wine description
From the vinification of Pinot Grigio grapes. The origin is that of La-vis and Trento, Trentino. The vinification involves manual harvesting in the second decade of September, soft pressing, static decanting of the must, fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, aging for about 5/6 months before bottling.
Characteristics of this Pinot Grigio Doc
This wine has an intense golden yellow colour. The scent is warm and inviting, rich in ripe fruit and honey. The taste in the mouth stands out for its rich minerality, with a long and fruity aftertaste.
Suggested food pairings while tasting this Trentino wine
Excellent with fish-based appetizers, grilled white meats, but also excellent with a light shellfish tempura. The optimal serving temperature is 10 ° C.
