Wine description
These Garganega grapes are cultivated in the Garda Lake territory. The vineyards are located at Le Volpare, on the Foscarino mountain, nella zona Classica del comune di Monteforte d’Alpone. This wine is made with 100% Garganega grapes. The wine making process lasts 6 months in stainless steel tanks. The cultivation is made with the grapes coming from the “Le Volpare” vineyards. A fresh and direct product very light and excellent. The grapes ferment in steel and after 6 months are bottled.
Characteristics of the Soave Classico of the Tommasi winery
It has a bright and straw yellow color with thin green reflections. The smell is fruity and delicate. The taste is lively, fresh, with an almond aftertaste.
Suggested pairings with this white wine "Soave DOC"
It is perfect with fish and fresh cheeses. It must be served at 10-12°C.
