The Ribolla Gialla is one of those wine that represents the local tradition of Friuli, since the most ancient origins in the field of enology. The origin of the vines for this sensational label is that Cormons, Friuli. The harvest requires that the grapes are harvested strictly by hand in the first ten days of September. This is followed by careful vinification which takes place in stainless steel tanks with a controlled temperature of 15°C. Aging is 6 months in the tank and then in the bottle for a further 2 months.
