This elegant red is produced with 100% “Vitis Hellenica”, the ancient grapes of the Greeks, Aglianico. The vineyards are cultivated in the district of Benevento, in the heart of Italy. The harvest is planned at the end of October. The wine-making considers fermentation at controlled temperature and cooled maceration for 15 days. The aging is developed in inox for three months, in oak barrels for 12 months and continues in the bottle for at least 6 months.
