100% Sauvignon Blanc by Manincor, dedicated to young people. The grapes are cultivated in Lieben Aich, in Terlano, where the climate is warm and the exposition of the vineyards turns to south-west. Here the volcanic lands are mainly characterized by sands. The wine making starts with the elimination of stalks and it is followed by 12 hours maceration on skins, in order to extract aromas and structure. The spontaneous fermentation is managed in wooden barrels. 10 months aging on lees exalt aromas and taste.
Features of the Sauvignon Blanc "Tannenberg"
