Wine description
The Sauvignon DOC is a white wine from Friuli with a great personality and a fresh taste, produced by the Agricultural Company Perusini located in Corno di Rosazzo in the Udine province on the Oriental hills. The wine is produced with 100% Sauvignon grapes. The wine making is in steel under temperature control and it follows six months of refinement on lees. It has a bright straw yellow with gold reflections.
Characteristics of this Sauvignon wine
The scent is fruity with some grapefruit, peach and elder flower aromas. The taste is warm, full and sapid.
