Wine list | Salento |
This white wine from Cantina San Marzano is made from 100% Vermentino grapes from Salento. The vineyards are located about 100 m above sea level, on sandy soils of shallow depth and enjoy the beneficial proximity to the sea. The harvest of the last week of August precedes the destemming and the subsequent contact with the skins at cold; they follow pressing and fermentation in stainless steel at 15 ºC for about 15 days. Aging requires a period of 5 months in steel.
