PINO & TOI Veneto Bianco MACULAN

This unusual blend is the result of the innovating techniques provided by the oenologist joined to the preservation of the tradition researched by Maculan sisters. Three vine varieties, two international ones and a local one: 60% Tai, 15% Pinot Blanc and 15% Pinot Gris. The vineyards are located on the hills of Breganza,in Veneto, where the volcanic soils are characterized mainly by gravel. The careful wine making starts with 2 days cold maceration, followed by soft pressing. The aging lasts 4 months and it is managed in steel containers in order to preserve the freshness of the product.

Features of the white wine “Pino & Toi”

Straw yellow colour full of green shades enriched by intense perfumes that recall flowers and fruits. The taste is light, fresh, dry, sour and balanced.

Recommended food pairings while tasting this excellent white wine

Suitable for happy hours, it goes on well with salads, main dishes with fish and vegetables. It has to be served at 8°C  in a high, wide wine glass.
