The grape variety used for the production of this label is that of Chardonnay for 80% which is combined in blend that of Pinot Noir for 20%. The origin of the grapes lies in the heart of the DOC of Trentino. In the geographical area of Maso di Pressano, Valle di Cembra. Vinification requires the wine to be left to mature for at least 24 months in dark and silent cellars.
