From the vinification in varietal of Trebbiano d'Abruzzo - Cococciola - Abruzzo Pecorino. Blend of the three most significant white grapes of the Abruzzo tradition - Trebbiano, Pecorino and Cococciola - Villa Gemma Bianco is produced in the hills around Chieti For the vinification it proceeds from fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature followed by aging in the bottle for 4 months.
Characteristics of this white wine
The appearance of the wine is straw yellow. The nose expresses beautiful notes of white fruit, apple, pear, banana, and floral hints reminiscent of jasmine. The taste on the palate is fine, intense, balanced and refreshing. The finish is very clean.
Suggested pairings with this white wine from Abruzzo
Also as an aperitif, it goes well with first courses of fish. Excellent with linguine with lobster. The optimal serving temperature is 8 ºC.
