A wine that belongs to the Il Pumo line which is the result of the combination between tradition and innovation. The geographical area is the IGP one. A white wine composed by Malvasia Bianca and Sauvignon blanc. The density is 4000 trees per hectare and the production area is the San Marzano hamlet, in the Salento in Puglia. The cultivation soil is located at 100 meters above the sea level and the climate has strong thermal excursion. The soils are not so deep with medium-fine structure. The grape harvest takes place in the second-third week of August and it follows a cryomaceration for 6-8 hours. It follows a soft pressing and there is a cold and static decantation with alcoholic fermentation at 11°C. The refinement takes place in steel.

It has a straw yellow color with fine green reflections. The smell is floral of broom with remarkable citron and exotic fruits aromas. The taste is acid, fresh and mineral.
