A refined and elegant rosé Champagne. It boasts the maximum denomination of Champagne AOC. The blend is composed of Pinot Noir grapes for 62%, Chardonnay for 38%. To obtain a masterpiece like this it is absolutely necessary to take care of every detail towards the final result. It is from this concept that the Louis Roederer House started by taking care of the grapes in the village of Cumières, characterized by shallow clayey-calcareous soils and a brightness reinforced by the Marne, which allow to reach an ideal phenolic maturity. From these, 62% of Pinot Noir and 38% of Chardonnay were chosen, 20% of which vinified in wooden barrels, to make this splendid Champagne Rosé Brut Vintage. The vintage Rosé cuvée matured 4 years in barrels more six months in the bottle, we like it for its enormous but at the same time very delicate bouquet, for the fleshy structure that in the mouth enhances the maturity of the fruit, and finally for the crystalline effervescence that gives almost exotic notes, on the typically mineral Chardonnay texture.
Features of Champagne Brut Rosé Vintage
From the gustatory analysis, an AOC Champagne with a pale pink appearance with delicate blue reflections and fine and persistent perlage emerges The perfume presents a delicious bouquet of white flowers, and wild berries closed by a citrus note of mandarin that surrounds the taster. The taste in the mouth is clean and inviting with a fragrant fruity attack thanks to the structure and juiciness of Pinot Noir, perfectly balanced by the refreshing acidity of the Chardonnay. Round and graceful, it ends with a long and persistent but equally delicate finish.
