Brancaia winery suggest a white wine IGT that is perfect for people of all ages. It has the IGT denomination and is composed by 90% Sauvignon Blanc, 8% Viogner and 2% Gewürztraminer. It is a white wine with fresh characteristics completed by a floral bouquet. Its pleasant sourness is due to the absence of the malolactic fermentation process. The harvest is planned between August and September followed by the wine making in steel container at 16° C. The maturation is for 1/3 of the product in barriques, the other 2/3 are put in steel in order to preserve the primary aromas of the product. The aging lasts then 5 months, with the rest on yeasts.
