From the estate's vineyards in Lonato del Garda near Brescia, on calcareous clayey soils of morainic origin, Turbiana grapes are cultivated under organic farming methods that give life to this Lugana BIO from the Cantina Perla del Garda. Between the end of August and the beginning of September the grapes are harvested by hand and pressed by means of soft pressing; fermentation follows in steel at a controlled temperature of 15°C for about 10 days, with final ageing in steel.
Characteristics of this Lugana BIO wine
On organoleptic examination it presents a straw yellow colour with golden reflections. Its aroma is reminiscent of fresh fruit, in particular peach and apple, but also citrus fruit. On the palate it is full-bodied with good balance.

Try it with appetisers or fish dishes. serve at a temperature of 10-12° degrees.
