From the vinification of 100% pure Pinot Grigio grapes. The origin is the classic one of the Collio DOC area in the Vencò estate, near Gorizia. The vinification requires that the grapes of the "Tenuta Sant’Helena" vinify in steel, where they remain for a few months before being bottled. An intense straw yellow color. The perfume has a wide range of aromas offered to the nose, moving between notes of broom, almond, cedar, apples, honey and dry hay. The taste on the palate is full, rich, characterized by a savory flavor and a good freshness. It closes with a persistent finish.
