From the vinification of fine Chardonnay grapes to 85%, combined with those of Pinot Blanc for 15% in a refined blend for a composition of great character. The grapes come from the same area as the farm. The grapes come specifically from two vineyards of average age of 25 years both in the locality of Colzano of the municipalities of Capriolo and Adro. For the vinification the harvest takes place at full ripeness of the grapes that for this vintage used in the first days of September. The grapes are selected by hand and then pressed without an atmosphere to ensure the obtaining of only the first fraction of must. After the slow fermentation at a controlled temperature, the wine is kept for six months in contact with yeasts. 80% is aged in steel and 20% in small oak barrels in the second pass. The two fractions are then assembled without malolactic fermentation at the beginning of spring.

The characteristics of the wine that are highlighted in the organoleptic examination are about the slightly yellow aspect with vague greenish reflections. The fragrance is broad and delicate, spring, green intensity. And the taste is fresh, fruity.
