This Chianti Classico from the Tuscan winery Querciabella is produced with 100% Sangiovese grapes grown on land located at an altitude of 500 meters above sea level under organic and biodynamic agriculture. After the manual harvest, the grapes are pressed and left to ferment in steel vats with maceration on the skins for two weeks; subsequently the wine ages for a year in barrique and tonneaux.
