Maremma Toscana Rosso "Mongrana" DOC BIO Querciabella

This "Mongrana" from the Tuscan winery Querciabella is produced with native grapes such as Sangiovese, to which two international vines are added in equal parts such as Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, grown in organic and biodynamic farming. After the manual harvest, the grapes are pressed and left to ferment in steel for a few months before being transferred to concrete tanks and then bottled.

At the organoleptic examination this wine shows a ruby red color; on the nose aromas of black fruits stand out, which then leave space on the finish to hints of leather and tobacco. It is a balanced wine, with a beautiful structure and a good body.
