Wine description
The Cabernet Franc DOC is a red wine from Friuli, produced by the Agricultural Company Perusini located in Corno di Rosazzo in the Udine province on the Oriental hills. The grapes used are 100% Cabernet Franc. The wine making takes place in steel with selected yeasts and it follows 12 months of refinement in French oak barrels.

It has a burgundy color with ruby red reflections. The scent is fruity with a cherry jam and spicy aromas. The taste is full and structured with a good acidity and a fruity and elegant aftertaste.
