From the careful vinification of grapes from the Glera vineyard vinified for 90% with a small addition of 10% Pinot Noir grapes. Its origin is that of the DOC area of San Pietro di Feletto. Harvest takes place by hand in wooden boxes. The vinification involves the sequential soft pressing of whole grapes and fermentation in steel. The second fermentation follows the traditional Martinotti method and rests on the lees for at least two months.
