From the vinification of Glera grapes with a minimum of 95%, join with a very small variable part of Bianchetta and Perera. The origin is the classic one of San Pietro di Feletto. Harvest takes place by hand in boxes. Vinification involves the sequential pressing of whole grapes, fermentation in steel and resting on the yeasts for at least 4 months. The second fermentation is the classic one of the Martinotti Method.
