From the vinification of 100% Glera grapes. The origin of the vines is the classic one of the San Pietro di Feletto area. Harvest first involves manual harvesting in boxes, then immediately the transfer to the cellar. Winemaking with sequential pressing of whole grapes and débourbage for 2 weeks. The second fermentation takes place directly from the must with the Martinotti Method, and rests on the lees for 6 to a maximum of 8 months.

A straw yellow color with greenish reflections, an elegant perlage with a creamy froth. The scent has the sensation of ripe fruit with mineral and floral notes. The taste is that of the soil rich in iron giving flavor and persistence.
