From the careful vinification of the renowned Glera vine in 100% purity. The origin is the classic one of the territory of San Pietro di Feletto. Harvest takes place by hand in boxes directly transferred to the cellar and vinified. Vinification involves the sequential pressing of whole grapes, fermentation in steel and resting on the yeasts for at least 4 months. The second fermentation happens with the classic Martinotti method.
Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Docg’s features
A straw yellow appearance with greenish reflections, persistent foam and fine perlage. Hints of yellow pulp fruit followed by floral notes in which the intense traces of acacia flowers can be easily recognized. The taste on the palate is very fine, full-bodied, long and particularly balanced. It closes with a finish of rare harmony.
