Wine description
From the vinification of 100% pure Glera grapes. The origin is the classic one of the territory of San Pietro di Feletto. Harvest is carried out by hand in boxes. Vinification follows the sequential pressing of whole grapes, fermentation in steel and resting on the lees for at least 4 months. At last, the second fermentation with the classic Martinotti method.
Prosecco Doc Brut Modi’s features
A straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Persistent foam and fine perlage. The scent is broad and pleasantly fruity and delicate, fresh and harmonious. The taste has a dry and slightly sweet flavor that harmonizes with a pleasant acidity.
