This is a sparkling wine of the Mionetto winery and it belongs to the Extra Dry typology of the Luxury selection of Mionetto. The cultivation is located in the Prosecco Superiore DOCG of Valdobbiadene. This wine is made with 100% Glera grapes and there is a soft pressing of the grapes and a following sparkling process with the Charmat method. This wine must be drunk in a year from the bottling.

It has a light and bright straw yellow color with a thin and persistent perlage. The smell has unripe apple, acacia flowers and wisteria aromas. The taste has the same aromas of the smell.
