Description du vin
This Chardonnay Elevé en Fut de Chene of the Anselmet Winery is an elegant and refined wine made with 100% Chardonnay grapes grown at 800 meters above sea level, on sandy soils. All the vinification takes place in barriques with fermentation for 25 days and aging for 18 months in French barriques with the batonnage technique.
Characteristics of this white wine
To the organoleptic examination it presents itself as a wine with a golden yellow color with hints of exotic fruit while in the mouth it is balanced and mineral, enriched by a nice smoky note.
Suggested food pairings while tasting this white wine
It is a perfect wine with white meats and medium-aged cheeses; try it the Valdostana scallops. To be served at a temperature of 12°C in a fairly large glass.
