Wine description
This sparkling wine from the Abruzzo winery Tollo is made from 100% Pecorino grapes, harvested manually in September. The grapes are subjected to soft pressing with control of the fermentation temperature of the must at 16 ° C. The refinement phase requires refermentation in autoclave according to what is established by the Martinotti Method.
Characteristics of this Abruzzo brut wine
The organoleptic examination shows a lemon yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The olfactory bouquet revolves around citrus notes, aromatic herbs and floral hints. On the palate it impresses with a slightly balsamic finish.
