Toscana Rosso "Governo" CASTELLARE

This wine comes from a blend of Sangiovese, Malvasia Nera, Canaiolo. The origin is the classic one of Tuscany. The harvest, which takes place at the end of September with the grapes in full ripeness, provides for the immediate vinification and subsequent period of 2 months of aging in cement and, for 50%, some months in barrique.

The color of this wine is light ruby red. The bouquet is floral and fruity, simple, punctual and clean. The taste is immediate and smooth, soft, drinkable and good length.

A very balanced wine, which can also be served fresh from the fridge. It can be accompanied with dishes of various shapes, white meats, but also with fish Guazzetto. Special pairings with Tuscan soups and fresh pasta. The optimal serving temperature is 14 º C.
