Weinbeschreibung
A wine that reminds the local farmer tradition and it is a Red Tuscany smelly wine rich of aromas. It is made with Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The grapes must short macerate. When the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation stop there is a short refinement period in oak barrels and then is bottled the following spring from when it is harvested. It follows a correct refinement.
