Weinbeschreibung
Rosso "Alto" by Petra winery is produced exclusively with Sangiovese grapes harvested in October. It ferments in vats at a controlled temperature, then ages in barrique for 18 months and rests for another 6 months in bottle before being marketed.
Characteristics of Rosso Sangiovese "Alto"
Bright red color. The bouquet is focused on fruits of busco and violet with a mineral vein on the finish. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh, structured with nice distinct but well balanced cans.
Recommended pairings tasting this product from Petra winery
Perfect to accompany dishes with meat sauce, it is ideal in combination with red meat and game. Serve at a temperature of 18ºC in a large enough glass.
