From the careful vinification in purity of 100% pure Ribolla Gialla grapes. In the creation of this wine, the Fantinel winery follows the modern trend but at the same time is attentive to the tradition. The origin of the grapes is the classic one of the Tauriano estate, near Pordenone. Harvest, as usual, takes place by hand in the period between the end of September and the beginning of October. For the vinification the grapes vinify and rest in steel for a few months, before being bottled. The sparkling process follows the long Charmat method.
Spumante Ribolla Gialla Brut Fantinel’s features
A straw yellow colour, with a fairly persistent perlage. The scent has a range of aromas: it is intense and enveloping, with hints of acacia, lime, hawthorn and a light note of apple and grapefruit. The taste on the palate is lively, fresh, soft.
