Vinification in a blend of 95% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Grigio grapes. The Marco Felluga winery produces this innovative Blanc de Blanc sparkling wine. For vinification and fermentation, the selected grapes from the estate’s vineyards are used. Its base is obtained with a light and soft pressing for about 35 - 40% of the weight of the grape. The must is fermented in stainless steel and a very small part in oak barrels. The next step is the composition of the cuvée. For the aging of the wine it is necessary to wait a few months after the harvest is done the draught and after about 3 years of permanence on the lees is performed disgorgement.
Characteristics of this Spumante Blanc de Blanc
On the organoleptic examination it appears with an intense, brilliant straw-yellow appearance. The scent is complex with fruity notes ranging from Golden apple to dried fruit combined with the fragrance of yeast. The taste is persistent, harmonious, important, silky.
