The grape variety used for the production of Prosecco Molera is that of Glera for at least 85% of the blend. Minor grapes are then added, for a maximum of 15% to give the wine its own personality. The origin of the vineyards lies on land located in the heart of Valdobbiadene at about 250 meters above sea level. The harvest begins in October with the manual harvest of the grapes which are then directly transferred to the cellar.
