Manincor produces this great white DOC Trentino with 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, cultivated in Lieben Arch and Terlano. The vineyards are located 300 meters above the sea level, with a south- west exposition and a warm climate. After the elimination of stalks, the grapes’ maceration lasts 8 hours, in order to extract aromas and structure from the skins. The spontaneous fermentation is managed in wooden barrel. 10 months aging on lees exalt aromas and taste.
Features of the Sauvignon "Lieben Aich"
Shiny gold yellow colour with a rich and intense perfume that recalls mango, papaya and passion fruit. The taste is full-bodied, mineral and sour. Great persistence.
