A wine from the Cavicchioli winery of great refinement. Fruit of the vinification in blend of Lambrusco Grasparossa grapes, Lambrusco Sorbara in equal parts. The origin of the grapes falls within the DOC area of Emilia-Romagna, near Modena. The vinification requires that the grapes are vinified and cryomacerated with the skins at a low temperature of 0-2°C for about 24-26 hours; the alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts and at a controlled temperature, is followed by the second fermentation in autoclave according to the Charmat method at a temperature of 12-14°C for about 20-25 days; this is followed by a period of refinement on the lees of about 4-5 weeks.

Upon organoleptic examination, the wine appears with a white and evanescent froth; fine and persistent perlage; light pink, bright; The scent is ample, fresh and aromatic. The taste is captivating and sweet, slightly spicy, aromatic with a long persistent note of red fruit.
