Wine description
Castaroto is a red wine symbol of the Venetia tradition of great personality obtained from semi-passite grapes and aged in oak barrels. The grapes used for this wine are: 50% Corvino Corvinone, 20% Raboso Veronese, 10% Cabrusina and 20% Oseleta. All the grapes used come from vineyards owned by the Vaona winery.
The characteristics of Rosso Veronese IGT
The wine from the Vaona Odino winery is garnet red at the sight. The scent is characterized by intense red fruit with spicy notes. In the mouth it is decidedly tannic but thanks to the excellent aging it expresses power and longevity.
