From the vinification in purity, of this precious and particular vine of the Venetian tradition Corvina Veronese 100% vinified. The origin of the vines is that of Valpolicella, Veneto. Harvest involves the manual selection of the bunches in September/October. Vinification follows with pressing and destemming of the grapes. Fermentation at a controlled temperature and maceration for 10 days. The refinement involves a phase of maturation in stainless steel tanks and a short refinement in the bottle.
