Wine description
This Rosso di Montalcino DOC from Ciacci Piccolomini d'Aragona Winery is produced with 100% Sangiovese grapes grown in the company's vineyards located near Montalcino. After the manual harvest, grapes are placed in stainless steel containers and cement tanks at a controlled temperature. Aging takes place in Slavonian oak barrels.
Characteristics of this Tuscan wine
The organoleptic test shows a ruby red color emphasized by olfactory notes reminiscent of red berried fruits and floral notes. On the palate it is structured and with well pronounced tannins.

Excellent with all the typical dishes of the Tuscan tradition: soups, first courses based on meat sauces, cold cuts and cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 18°C in a tulip-shaped glass.
