This Rosso di Montalcino from Tuscan winery Casisano is produced with 100% Sangiovese Grosso grapes grown in the company vineyards of Podere Casisano at 480 m usl: here the south-east exposure ensures that the ventilation is optimal for the correct growth of the bunches . After the manual harvest, the vinification process takes place: maceration on the skins for a duration of 12 days with subsequent refinement of 8 months in Slavonian oak barrels with a final stay in the bottle for at least 6 months.
