This Rosso di Montalcino "Rossofonte" from the Tuscan Winery Ciacci Piccolomini d'Aragona is produced with 100% Sangiovese grosso grapes grown in the company's medium-textured vineyards, located between 240 and 360 meters above sea level. After the harvest, the grapes are subjected to the fermentation process in stainless steel and cement tanks at a controlled temperature. The aging phase includes a stay in Savonia oak barrels.

On the organoleptic examination this wine shows an intense ruby red color and olfactory and gustatory notes that refer to red berried fruits.
