This wine comes from the vinification in purity of Pinot Noir. A yield of 50 hectoliters per hectare of vineyard and a breeding system in Gujot make this wine known all over the world, as a wine of good quality and refinement. The vinification involves the use of perfectly healthy ripe and selected grapes, fermentation in oak vats with maceration of two weeks at 25°C. malolactic fermentation and maturation for 12 months in barriques and tonneaux, light filtration before bottling. The vineyard is characterized by having an excellent exposure from southeast to northeast and west between 400 and 550 meters above sea level. Well ventilated, with cold nights during the ripening period of the grapes. Calcareous and medium-strength mineral.
Characteristics of the red wine SALTNER PINOT NERO DOC
This wine has a clear and intense ruby red colour. The scent is fruity, with notes of cherry, raspberry and blackberry. The taste is characterized by the powerful presence of the cherry also in the mouth, round with soft tannins.

Try it with dishes based on meat, game and savory aged cheeses. Excellent with pappardelle with meat sauce. It should be served at 18°C in a high and wide glass that favors oxygenation and the diffusion of fragrances.
