Chardonnay "Doran" RISERVA DOC Andrian

Kellerei Adrian winery in Trentino, produces this amazing 100% Chardonnay wine. The vinification is simple and follows the careful traditional method. Barrels of tonneaux are used for the fermentation; malolactic fermentation and the subsequent maturation on the lees for 12 months in tonneaux, assembly and further aging for 3 months in steel.

Chardonnay "Doran" DOC's features

The organoleptic examination of the wine shows a brilliant straw yellow color. The aroma is rich and complex; it expresses aromas of citrus fruits, white pepper, exotic fruit and a delicate smoky note. The taste is broad and complex, harmonious in the mouth, balanced acidity, with great body and very persistent.

A wine from the Trentino tradition excellent in combination with white meats, also goes very well with medium-aged cheeses and vegetarian dishes. The optimal serving temperature is 10°C in a high and wide glass.
