Weinbeschreibung
From the vinification of grapes from the company limits where the Meran Winery operates, which fall within the City of Merano, in Trentino. The vines used for the production of this label are those of Pinot Grigio in absolute purity. For the vinification we proceed with cold maceration for 12 hours. Alcoholic fermentation in small stainless steel tanks. Maturation on the lees for 5 months follows.
Pinot Grigio Festival DOC’s features
An intense straw yellow colour. The scent is fresh and fruity of green apples and bananas. The taste has a full and balanced flavor with a refreshing acidity, soft aftertaste.
Suggested food pairings while tasting Pinot Grigio Doc
Try it with rich fish recipes and South Tyrolean specialties. The optimal serving temperature is 10°C.
