The vnification for this wine involves the use of pure Pinot Grigio grapes. The origin of the grapes falls within the company Castello di Spessa in Friuli. The harvest is rigorously carried out by hand and after the traditional vinification at a controlled temperature, to maintain the freshness and aromas of the delicate fruit, the wine is left to refine for 6 months in steel and then in the bottle.
