From the most suitable vineyards the house Feudi di San Gregorio has chosen the best grapes of Falanghina, so comes the line "Selezioni", reserved only to the best wine shops. The exaltation of quality obtained by the happy encounter of knowledge and passion. In the hills of Sannio, in the heart of Campania, are born the grapes dedicated to the production of Serrocielo which represents the expression of Falanghina, where the usual floral notes are enriched with a deep complexity taste-olfactory. The renowned denomination is that of Falanghina del Sannio DOC produced with 100% pure Falanghina grapes. The alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks develops at a controlled temperature of 16°-18°C. Then the maturation of about 5-6 months in steel with permanence on its yeasts and repeated bâtonnage to put in suspension the fine lees.

 

Features of Falanghina del Sannio "Serrocielo"

The organoleptic analysis of this wine from Campania shows a pale straw yellow color with bright green reflections. The aroma opens with distinct sensations of small white flowers and white fruit. The taste is fresh and soft. Enveloping and inviting.

 

Serving suggestions tasting this white wine

This wine is recommended to accompany the classics of seafood cuisine. Excellent with clam sauté, shrimp salad, stuffed mussels, spaghetti with shellfish. The ideal temperature of service is of 10°-12°C.
